Kerala is witnessing its worst natural disaster in a century and India has been become part for urge  fellow citizens to contribute their bit towards the cause. The state of Kerala is currently facing its biggest-ever natural disaster situation as over 300 people have lost their lives and lakhs have been displaced from their homes due to the floods that have ravaged the southern state. A red alert has been sounded in all 14 districts with all three wings of the armed forces also being called into action to help carry out the rescue mission. The government has described the situation as 'extremely grave' and even after a number of days, there are still a large number of people who are yet to be rescued. Chief Minister Pinrayi Vijayan called the floods as the 'worst in 100 years' and said that over 3 lakh people from more than 70,000 families have been shifted to relief camps.
